Purpose-built from the ground up
Every component is selected for industrial environments — not repurposed from office or consumer product lines. The WorkStation ships fully assembled and pre-configured for RRMS.
Industrial Touchscreen Panel PC
IP-rated, dust and moisture resistant panel PC mounted on a VESA-compatible articulating arm. Displays live RRMS data — storage status, temperature readings, active shipments, and system health — in an operator-optimised layout. Tilt and swivel adjustment for ergonomic use at any standing height.
Keyboard & Mouse Tray
Fixed-height platform below the screen accommodates a compact industrial keyboard and optical mouse. Designed for accurate data entry in gloved-hand environments — short key travel, high-contrast legends, and spill-resistant construction.
Handheld Barcode Scanner
Side-mounted holster with coiled cable for rapid barcode and QR scanning. Compatible with AWB barcodes, ULD labels, and cargo tags. Plugs directly into the panel PC — no additional drivers or configuration required for RRMS workflows.
Heavy-Duty Floor Stand
Custom steel column with a bolted base plate engineered for permanent installation on warehouse slab floors. The low-profile base prevents trip hazards in high-traffic corridors. Column height places the screen at standing eye level for the average operator.
Single-Cable Infrastructure
All peripherals route through the column housing — power, data, and scanner cabling are concealed and protected. Only one mains connection required per unit. Minimises clutter and reduces tripping risk in operational corridors.
Serviceable by Design
Modular panel PC mount allows screen replacement without disturbing the column installation. Keyboard tray, scanner holster, and cable management channels are independently serviceable. Spare parts are stocked as standard line items.
Runs RRMS out of the box
Every WorkStation ships pre-configured for your handler, terminal, and station scope. Operators open the RRMS browser app on the built-in touchscreen and log in with their role-based credentials — they are presented with only the modules relevant to their workstation location: Cool Cell, CRT Pharma Room, DG Storage, or RRY.
The barcode scanner is plug-and-play with all RRMS browser workflows — AWB check-in, ULD scanning, storage record lookup, and exit checks. No additional integration or driver configuration is required.

Deployment environments
Built for where cargo is actually handled
The WorkStation is designed to be installed at the entrance of each storage area — the operator never leaves the work zone to access a record.
Cool Cell (COL)
Positioned at the COL entrance for temperature-controlled AWB and ULD check-in. Operators scan shipments, verify piece counts, and log storage records without leaving the cold zone threshold.
CRT Pharma Room
Station outside the CRT pharma room door supports CEIV-compliant temperature logging, pharma AWB acceptance, and IATA checklist confirmation. Maintains cold chain integrity — operators do not need to carry personal devices.
Dangerous Goods Area
WorkStation at the DG storage entrance enables DG AWB check-in, segregation verification, and regulatory checklist completion at point of entry — eliminating the risk of records being completed retrospectively.
Radioactive Storage
For RRY cargo corridors, the WorkStation supports RRY AWB storage records and exit checks with scanner-driven workflow — operators complete the full RRMS flow without returning to an office terminal.
