RRMS was born out of frustration with paper forms, shared spreadsheets, and brittle desktop tools that broke every time Windows updated. We built the platform we always wanted — browser-based, fast, and designed for the warehouse floor.
Our mission
Ground handling is one of aviation's most demanding and under-served sectors. Cargo teams handle dangerous goods, live animals, temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, and irreplaceable freight — often with tools that were not designed for the job.
RRMS exists to change that. We bring the quality of enterprise software to cargo warehouses of every size — without the enterprise price tag, the six-month implementation timeline, or the dedicated IT team to keep it running.
